The idea of the stick is good. I can understand why it would be helpful. But I never recieved the guide or the "free gift".
As for instructions on how to use it, you can just google "mobility stick exercises" and there's lots of videos.

I can’t give less stars… first they claim it’s from Europe… wrong.. straight from China. No guide, no mystery gift, read the rest of the reviews… another Instagram scam… at least they they didn’t send the fake shipping updates… you could see it was drop shipped from China… false advertising, marginal product , half a shipment… don’t buy stuff online folks.., lesson learned again.. the AI generated video was so convincing…
